Greek traditional house

The house was built in 1980, is stoned and has a plan of 80 mper floor. The ground floor has three bedrooms; one bedroom has a fireplace, a bathroom, a reception hall and a wooden staircase to the first floor. The floor is paved with stone slabs from Pelion. The roof of the ground floor is wooden with obvious joist and the decking of the floor. 

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with fireplace and bathroom; an open plan kitchen with dining and a living room with fireplace. The floor is wooden oak, made of wide wood strips from 2.50 m to 3.00 m long. The two ramps of the roof are visible from inside, the wooden joist and the wooden planks of the gabled roof. The roof is insulated and covered with traditional tiles. Upstairs there are also two wooden balconies; a small front 1.20 m x 3.00 m and a large rear 4.40 m x 4.00 m.

Also there is a first basement (7 m2) and a second basement (9 m2) which is used as wine cellar.​
